Going to a post-Covid kegger, so I felt the need to smoke a whole bird, get some potato buns and slaw because I see 2am BBQ chicken sandwiches in our future.

I always find that people want to snack before the food so I end up cooking kielbasa and sometimes beef sweetbreads.
