I cooked up three full racks on the bull this weekend, did 3-2-1 @ 180 for the first hour and 225 the rest of the time.
I did butter, brown sugar, and honey for the wrap and only a light cover of BBQ sauce for the final hour.
I put pork tenderloins on the grill for the last 90 minutes.
The tenderloins barely got touched, so that tells me the ribs were good.
I also made mac and cheese in the instapot, served with watermelon and rolls.

Looks great. Tenderloins 90 mins at 225 (and you pulled at IT of 140-145)? How did you season/prepare them?

Great looking cook!

Yes 90 minutes at 225 is ball

Yes 90 minutes at 225 is ball park, cook to IT if 140. I run with olive oil and my favorite rub, this time was Cowtown all purpose BBQ rub. They always come out moist and tasty, only way to mess them up is to over cook.

If there's good ribs, I ain't touchin' pork tenderloins either! Nice job!
