My wife loves fried green tomatoes I would like to try this for her, do you have a recipe you use?
We salt and pepper the slices, dredge in flour,salt,pepper and little cayenne, then egg wash, then in seasoned panko with a little parmesian. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes ( helps breading stick) then. Spray with cooking spray, place on cookie sheet and into 375 to 400 degree grill or 400 degree oven. Flip after 12 to 15 minutes spray again, then another 12 to 15 minutes.
