All I got to say is there is nothing more indispensable in the kitchen than having on an apron. When I smoke meat on the weekends sometimes it never comes off till I go to sleep. I even wear it when I eat just to keep my t-shirt from getting stains. I can still remember my dad cooking tomato sauce on Sunday mornings with an apron on
