Bullseye Anyone found a good half moon or 2 interlocking half moon griddles for Bullseye?

I just got the Bullseye as the companion to my RT-700. I love smash burgers, crispy hash browns and sometimes crisping the ends of other smoked meats like pulled pork or burnt ends. I see RT sells the griddle insert for the bullseye but I want to be able to sometimes have it half griddle/half grates, or full griddle. Ultimately 2 half moons that fit flush together with about a 20" diameter would be perfect. What have you studs out there put together to this effect?

Any that fit a Weber Kettle will fit the BullsEye.

I have one from Slow and Sear and I can do two smash burgers at a time on my Bullseye or kettle.

I don't think you could do two together though I think they're a little too big for that. I have the stainless but they also make a cheaper porcelain one and a cast iron one. If you order before Monday night you get two free bottles of their rub...which is really good stuff.

18" would give you a 2" air gap, and the griddle/grates would need to sit on top of the existing 22" grate.
Maybe there's a 20" option out there!

I've had this Craycort grate on my Weber Kettle for over 10 years now. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, which was my plan when I almost ordered the Bullseye.

I also have this insert for flat top cooking, though I don't use it very much. It's reversible with smooth and ribbed surfaces.

It is cast iron without a porcelain coating, which I prefer.

They make a lifting tool for the quadrant inserts, but it might be out of stock right now.
