A Perfect Valentines Weekend!

I hope you all are having a great Valentines. Just thought I would tell you how my wife of 35 years, and I celebrated the weekend. Friday I cooked some Sablefish (Black Cod), Saturday a Pork Butt, Sunday Beef tenderloin. All with her help! I cook meat, she cooks the rest, although she did help me tie up the tenderloins! We are taking most to our son who is still in school and really appreciates the home cooked meats....

I asked her if she wanted me to cook something special today for her, I have a freezer full of whatever, she said she wanted some smashburgers!
Man, I married up!
