My Bull is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. It has been at the terminal for over a week but with the Texas blizzard I had to push it out a week. Hopefully it makes it undamaged.

I will to at some point I guess.. Since I got mine I just turn it on and let it work its magic. One day I’ll really get good like the others here and understand the science but for now I’m doing good with the wife O meter enjoying “my” cooks ..

That's pretty good schedule catch up for you. Last week caused a lot of delays for us in these parts and I suspect all forms of delivery are gonna be mighty busy this week. Even UPS was delivering on Saturday in efforts to catch up.

Update. Did the burn in today. 21 minutes to 400 degrees. Ran steady 400 for an hour and a half. Now first cook this weekend.
