Have the RecTeq 700Bull. A friend gave this he said he never used it. He had the front folding shelf but not the hinges and screw. Anyone know a part number for hinges or anything else that I could use for the shelf. Believe 700 is discontinued.

The 700 is discontinued but RT can look up the part number while you are on the phone and send out OEM product right away. Can you help my curiosity? Did he give you the shelf or the RT700? Your profile says you already have a Bull and a RT1250, but your opening statement says: “Have a RecTeq 700Bull.”. If I remember correctly, my front shelf came preassembled and I only needed to use the screws it came with. FWIW, mine is over 4 years old and the shelf is stamped RecTec which was probably inventory they had before the name change-over to RecTeq.

Here are some pics of my RT-700 that I bought 3-4 years ago. The front shelf with brackets were optional at the time. I’m glad I got it.

There’s a couple of shots of the outside of each bracket with the shelf down and then an inside/underneath shot of each bracket with the shelf up.

Sorry I don’t have part numbers but at least you’ll know what the stock brackets look like.

I’m not 100% sure which newer models are identical to the 700. I thought the 1100 and the 1250 were the same frame & body but with additional shelves…and I think the front shelf is standard now,

FYI…I did buy and install the PCS Rackworks stuff for more shelves and cooking area as my old 700 only came with the stainless steel grates.

That’s turned out well for me as I can cook more butts and ribs than before. And, for brisket, I can put it on the middle shelf and put a pan underneath it to capture the melted fat to put on the meat when I wrap it in butcher paper. In general, my capabilities expanded with that purchase.
