Bullseye 40 minutes to reach 440 won't Riot

Hiya,
So I keep the Bullseye clean. I have only been able to hit riot mode when it was fairly new. And I've owned it for about 10 months now and recently used it took 40 minutes for it to hit 440 and will not hit riot mode. Anyone have any suggestions much thanks in advance for any help.

Vacuum fire pot, try fresh pellets, maybe another brand.

I would do the above, feed something like Mesquite that burns hot, and if it's not cresting 500, call Rectec bc that's not the norm.

What's the ambient temp? It can take a while when it real cold.

Put a big hand full of pellets in before starting it up. I do this EVERYTIME.

For me, it seems to be wind. A few weeks ago, temp in the mid teens and no wind. Got to 400 in 20 minutes. Last week, temp in the 30s and 15 mph sustained gusting 30. Getting to 400 was 45 min. I do have some wind break objects around the grill - some shrubs, but the most exposure is facing NW.
