let us know how it works. I have always been weary due to the minimal headroom under the shelf. but would be interested for camping and such. only had my 340 for a short time but do love it. works well and I foresee lots of great cooks from it like I have done on my 1250 this past year. also was sent their rub and sauce bundle for a bent internal temp probe when my 340 arrived. I am really liking the rubs. The only ones I have tried so far are the loco gringo, the four-letter rub, and the rons screaming pig. I see why they sent them out. now I will be forced to buy more when I run out. lol
