I just bought my first pellet grill 12/5. A few of my new neighbors have RecTeqs and won't stop talking about them! So, after some research, I took the dive. But, apparently, my grill won't ship until 12/28. It seems like an eternity.

I grew up on Webbers and still love my Kettle and Smokey Joe. My pop had me grillin Tri-Tips, chicken and ribs by the time I was 8 and ive been hooked ever since. We used the old Smokey Mountain style smokers for a little bit and eventually, my dad, upgraded to a Traeger. Well, I finally made the leap after years of thinking about it. So, here I am! I'm looking forward to putting the 700 to use.

I too love my Kettle, and most weekends I'll have both my 590 and kettle going.
For long & slow/set it & forget it, you can't beat the Rec Teq; for just about everything else, you can't beat the kettle.
Now the hardest part....waiting for your grill to show up...
