Is it helpful to season (with high-smoke-point oil [or?]) the Recteq SS BBQ trays?
I know that it is not the same as seasoning cast iron as a way to both protect the iron and add flavor for subsequent cooks, but does leaving a "patina" on SS help with clean up and flavor?
Kind regards,

I am trying to talk the girlfriend into letting me get the stampede or bull. while i work on that front i have noticed a common occurrence is the barrels being dirty. what is the best way to keep the stainless steel clean and looking as new for as long as possible??
