I've got a rack of pork loin back ribs and I'm looking for a simple way to cook them this time. I've done the 3-2-1 method with mixed results and am curious on what others have tried with good success.
I'm thinking rubbing the rack down with mustard, covering with Holy Cow rub from Meat Church...

I have grilled bone in turkey breasts on my BGE for the last 16 years and they turn out great. Grill at 325 for 21/2 hours to 3 depending on size.
Now that i have my Bull, any input on how you have cooked these?

Hi, my RT680 leaks a lot of smoke out of the top and bottom when the lid is closed. Is this normal? I just purchased it from someone and thought all the smoke should come from the smoke stack?? Any thoughts?
