Yea, their shipping company seems to like to store things at local for over a week. All good, I just called them up and they said I could come get it at the warehouse. Recteq seems to have them pick it up quickly when you order, it’s just taking it the “last mile” is where they run into hiccups.
Sure I’m not sure where to find it unless I have to reconnect in
i have done that. I am actually an IT, so I should know this.lol. But it’s not allowing me to change. I haven’t disconnected and retried though
I have a few questions. I’m new to pellet grilling and consider myself a pretty darn good charcoal box smoker griller. Picked up my recteq today
- my RecTeq app says I have a 1250, even though it’s 590. Will that mess with settings?
-My initial burn, I set the meat probes on Grates. A on Left...
That’s what I was thinking too. I just have seen others say on here that there was a paperwork issue. So I was hoping that not the case. I guess I just want to get smokin ASAP and can’t wait.. 😎
I throw some ice cubes inside the foil to basically steam them. I wrap them inside the foil with the ribs. People use beer, cider, or anything. That’s just what I do.
Yessir. I get the original(green bottle) and the Fish and chicken. Original can go on anything. It’s a salt based seasoning. Fish and chicken is by far the best on well..fish and chicken.lol I just ordered some Meat Church because I see that a lot on here
Yessir! It’s a recipe that I wanted to share. I’ve won a couple cook offs with it. A lot of folks use Cider, but there’s something about a fresh apple that hits different. Also, the good ol Everglades seasoning that should be a staple in everyone’s cabinet. Made in my hometown of Labelle,FL...
I wanted to post my personal Recipe that I’ve kept under wraps.
