    Bull New family favorite

As the title suggests, this is a winner. These 4 were Jacks frozen pizzas from Walmart. Nothing exotic or expensive. I did doctor them up a bit with more mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and black olives. cooked for 18 minutes at 400°. Super simple. excellent results.

    Cast net......

Hello guys, I’ve returned from vacation. I busted out on the fishing part. Our rental car was never authorized for me to use. However I talked with all the other guys who were fishing from the beach. No one was catching a thing. I salvaged the vacation by simply enjoying the weather and views...

    Cast net......

Bad choices do make excellent stories! The main reason for the cast net is simply bait. I know what sometimes happens when you free line a mullet/herring/porgy/whiting along a bridge trestle or other obvious structure. My thinking is that a cast net will cost my about $35 and buying bait on a...

    Cast net......

This is a question not related to anything barbaque-y. The wife and I are going to the Tampa Bay area on vacation soon. Specifically the Maderia Beach/St. Johns Pass. Ive been saltwater fishing many times before but have never learned how to throw a cast net. Im talking about maybe an 8 footer...

    Bull Saturday ears!

Simply a double wrap of plastic. I assume you’d get freezer burn if left long enough. But just a double wrap.

    Bull Saturday ears!

I’ve done it like this for years. It freezes well and cooks evenly when the time comes. I do add more enchilada sauce and cheese before the oven cook.

    Bull Pork Belly Burnt ends

I cut the pork belly up in squares, then rubbed all 6 side in your favorite brisket rub. Cooked for 3 hours @ 250°. Then I put everything in an aluminum pan with Sweet Baby rays, a full stick of butter and a few squirts of honey. Then cooked covered for 30 more minutes. Pretty straightforward.

    Bull Go Pack Go!

The family requested my infamous brisket chili for the Packer Vs. Bears game this Sunday. Hopefully this has enough luck cooked into it to break the losing streak.

    Bull Accessories dilemma

As I am making burgers tonight, after voting, I have a large selection of tools for the grill. There has got to be a better way to manage this spread. Not to mention it takes up valuable shelf space. Anyone have a setup for your more commonly used tools?

Bull Second shelf for the bull

Well, I’ve done chicken and burgers on the upper shelf. Works exactly as planned. As far as cost is concerned, I have about $11 bucks into this project so far. That is because I have a lot of material left over from other projects. It would have been a little pricey to buy all the metal and...
