Yes, I hear they do. They refunded me for the bad brisket they sold me a couple of months ago without any problems. But, I’m not sure I’d feel right showing with a grill I have used for 3 years and asking for a refund, though.

I can’t think of why it would be a problem. But, if you aren’t sure you could always poke them through the paper. That is what I do when I wrap brisket in AL foil. But, I do it in hopes that thermometer can still communicate with block. Paper shouldn’t be a a problem in that respect.

I mix my own so I can control the salt and the heat. I also keep it pretty simple as my taste buds can’t really pick up a pinch of this or a pinch of that in recipes.
