    Smokai on RT 590

    Has anybody mounted a Smokai on their RT 590? My wife gave me one for Christmas and I'm wondering what woukd be the best option for mounting it. I'm thinking of mounting it on the rear of the smoker close to the hopper, but I'm open to suggestions.

    Smoked fish dip

    I'm looking for a smoked fish dip recipe. I have some haddock on hand but I don't know if that would be a good choice for a dip. I have seen several recipes but they call for either smoked whitefish or adding liquid smoke. I would rather try smoking the fish myself.

    About an hour ago I put a brisket in my 590 and all seems to be going well. I updated the app when I checked my phone but I cannot get a graph of the present cook. I can see graphs of past cooks but not the one I'm doing now. Am I missing something or has the update eliminated the ability to...

    Brisket rest period

    After reaching "probe tender" would it be okay to just turn off the smoker and leave the wrapped brisket in while it cools? Why wrap it in towels or blankets and put it in a cooler? It seems to me that leaving it in would accomplish just about the same thing.
