    Yes, love Grill Grates. Just got the 590...grill grates are from my gasser. So, not the right size for the RT. But, seemed to work okay.

    Reverse sear for the first time. 180 for a little over an hour. Then, full blast for a couple minutes each side. Happy for the most part (not thrilled with the Chicago style rub I used). SUPER juicy! Tenderloin on the left, strip on the right.
