    You are correct about the importance of the wrap. I have used either butcher paper or foil with good results. But you do get the juices from the foil to work with. I never thought about applying additional seasonings at the end, I will give it a try. These things are gooooood.

    Bull Just completed assembly !!

    Thanks all. Its been a busy first few days, Smoked baby back ribs, smoked beef ribs. Smoked meatloaf, smoked chicken wings and burgers on the grill grate too!! All very tasty and fun too!! So many ways to smoke and grill so many things.

    Here is the result of my first cook yesterday, Small beef rib. Full slab of baby back rib. Both smoked with just rub no sauce and what flavor!! This Bull is really great to work on.

    The unit is very well constructed grill. No problems with assembly. No shake to the grill at all. The front shelf seems quite stable. Hopper lid also solid. Power cable is 60" long.

    Just finished assembly on my new Bull. Now ready for burn in. Will have to wait till tomorrow for my first cook. Smoked baby back ribs! This guy went together just fine. This is going to be a lot of fun. Lots of great recipes everywhere.
