Thanks for the empathy and reassurances. Seems Hilbe has us all beat! I'm feeling better not to be the only one. However, it's especially frustrating to see Dubs was damaged in exactly the same way which suggests a pattern that should be easily recognized and prevented. Oh well...I'll report...

Was SO excited for my Stampede delivery today. Shipment was already 4 days late...(Utah). Finally showed up with a bashed in box and damaged base- UGH. Refused delivery. Called Recteq- who were great as expected. But now the wait starts all over again. Y'all seen this much?

this is an interesting discussion but not applicable for new 590 owners. we just learned this morning that the 3 large vents have been replaced by 5 columns of thin vents across the back. https://www.recteqforum.com/threads/it’s-here-with-a-change.3623/post-40428 i have a 590 on the way right...
