    I have been using Head Country Sweet and Spicy rub and like it. Was wondering if anyone else has used it and how it compares with Meat Church and Recteq rubs. The latter cost twice as much as the Head Country and just wondering if it’s worth it.

    Stampede New app problems!

    Did some ribs yesterday and the notifications on the new app were crazy. Kept telling me temp was low when it was actually high and the other way around also. Seemed to stop completely for awhile then came back. Everything else worked fine. Anybody else have this problem?

    Stampede Grease drainage

    My 590 doesn’t seem to drain very much into the bucket. No problem with grease fires. I do use foil on the drip tray. I put a half inch piece of plywood on the right side and it seemed to drain a little better. (Grill was level otherwise). Everything seemed to work fine. Anyone see any problem...

    Well I did chicken thighs on the 590 today. I brined them for the first time for 2.5 hours. I smoked them for an hour at 180 and then cooked them at 275 to an IT of 173. I did not flip them. I let them rest for an hour. It was the juiciest tastiest chicken I’ve ever eaten! BUT…the skin was...
