The last few times i have started my Bullseye the pellets do not light up and i have to start the pellets with a torch.
The grill is about 1 year old, has anybody else ran into this?

I currently have my Bullseye at default settings and have been using for mostly hot and fast with no issues, but curious what others have found as the best offset setting for both low and slow and hot and fast? or does everybody use a different setting for each?
