    Trailblazer Water tray?

That was my first thought too when I first bought my 700. I tried adding a water tray and actually my meats turned out dryer. Not sure, but I think adding moisture could have made the Rec Teq’s temperature control over compensate and mess with the outcome. I no longer add a pan of water. As well...

    Turkey plan

Spatchcock and cook at a higher temp. Add a smoke tube and cook at 350 or 375 for getting a crispy skin. Don’t cook at the normal slow temp. Like 180 or 225.

Bullseye Using Weber rotisserie and lid

Pork loin is great! I also bought a “Ferris wheel” type shelf on Amazon that fits on the spindle. It has been great for chicken quarters or chicken wings. Buying the Weber ring and motor opens up a whole new world for the Bullseye.

Bull what would be the ultimate 700? ideas?

We have the 700 and can’t see any reason to do mods. when I wanted a rotisserie, I bought the Bullseye, 380 and added the Weber Rotisserie Ring. It has been awesome! Chicken and pork loin on the rotisserie has been game changing! It’s a good reason to buy a Bullseye to go with your 700.

    Stampede Whole Chicken

Google some videos on Spatchcocking. It is fabulous and we even do our Thanksgiving turkey on it. Another favorite way we do it is a twist on Beer Can chicken. Take a Bundt cake pan and place seasoned chicken down over the tube part of pan.Pour cup of white wine, chicken broth or even water in...
