The temp control sucks with my big fingers liked the old + and - control method and had to recalibrate grill it was off by 25+ degrees when the new updated app came online
Hotter on the right had to recalibrate mine (it was off 25+degrees)after the app update on the phone
(which I hate) setting the temp from the phone is difficult I prefer the + and -
temp setting adjustment method.(please bring it back)
I did one 12lb completely frozen
Put it on the counter for 20 minutes
Salt and peppered it put it on @ 250
Wrapped it at 170 (I like a good bark)
Took it off at 203 it was perfect,took
12 hours.
I smoked a 3lb brisket flat on Saturday it took 2 hours to get to 160f
at 250f degrees I wrapped it in butcher paper and it took another 2 hours to get to 203f it was tender and moist.it took longer then I thought it would but was nice not have to wait 12 hours.
