Wondering if anyone else has seen the food probes go up to around 300 when plugged in and at ambient temps. Sometimes they come back to normal or jump up to 250 when inserted into the food after a short time. Thanks
Oldest graduated and wanted pulled pork. Started with 16 10# butts, took 4 cooks at 15hrs per cook. Lot of work but beats a catering bill and turned out pretty good.
