Wanted to give an update. I'm on my 3rd bag now and they run fine. No flare-ups or anything stuck in the auger. It does seem to have a little more ash but if all I have to do is clean it more I'm ok for that price. The smoke flavor is fine to me, but I don't have the most sensitive taste...
I finally got around to using the bag I bought and have to say I was happy with them. Good smoke and the family was happy so I would say they were a winner. Going to buy more tomorrow.
Was walking around Costco and saw they now sell Kirkland Signature Pellets. $12.99 for 40 pounds. Has anyone tried them? It says its an Oak Hickory Maple and Cherry blend.

I ran an extension cord under my deck and into a waterproof electric box I mounted to the deck. Then I plug it in inside the box so it stays dry and feel comfortable leaving it plugged in all the time.
