    Flagship 1100 ordered

Between 15 (conservative) to 40 hours would be my guess depending on what temp you are cooking at. Regardless, even if we go with the lowest number of 15 hours, you are probably not going to leave it unattended for that long anyway, so, I wouldn't worry about running out of pellets.

    Stampede Swapping pellets

While I usually don't change pellets often, I do fill the hopper with just enough pellets for a cook. That way, it's almost always empty before the next cook.

    Foiling the Drip Pan

No foil! I just scrape the drip pan after every 3-4 cooks.

Non stick coating for drip pan ?

Exactly! It is so much easier to just scrape everything off of the drip pan than dealing with messy/sticky foil. Plus, I don't want any aluminum or teflon exposure.

Power anywhere: Why didn't I think of this before?

It seems like a very easy solution to have power anywhere! :D EDIT: It looks like my attempt at this joke was very horrible. :D. I meant to say that I could power my 1250 anywhere with this setup. Haha.

    Custom Programming

Pellet grills like the ones built by LoneStarGrillz allow for custom programming. I am aware that this feature has to do with the FireBoard controller, however, wouldn't this technically be possible via the app? Since the app is connected to the grill via WiFi, I don't see why we couldn't do...

RT-1250 Foil / No Foil on 1250 Drip Tray Debate Thread

I scrape the drip pan into a trash bag once every 2-3 cooks. I went the "foil-less" route since Day 1. To me, it is much easier to scrape than deal with the foil mess.

    Help with grill choice?

I gave away my propane grill after a couple of months of using my 1250. I do both low/slow and hot/fast, and have not had any issues/concerns.

Bear Mountain Pellets: Buy 1 Get 1 Free

Received my order on Tuesday as well. I have to cook something this weekend now. :) What's funny about the delivery is that one bag came in a box and the other one was just the bag by itself.
