    380X Deluxe

Cool, I knew I could find something, I'm still researching the 380X. I have an intermittent issue with my B380 I need to address so I can sell it. It doesn't start some time. Tonight I had to turn it on/off three times. The igniter wasn't heating up. I going to YouTube to see if I can find a...

    380X Deluxe

I always cover mine now too That's BS, as I set here it's not covered! We have a 5-10% chance of rain for the next 5 or 6 days and I'll be using the grill for the next two days. I called recteq yesterday and the raised portion of the firebox is not sealed!! So if you get even a small amount of...

    380X Deluxe

I am going to sell my B380 and buy a 380X Deluxe. One question I have is on the firebox. I got rainwater in my B380 one time and had the pellet jam. I had just cleaned the grill and had no ashes to absorb any water that got into the grill. That was a bitch to deal with. I do have a cover and use...

    Bullseye

I noticed all their reviews were five stars and not many reviews, so I take that with a grain of salt. If you look at all the forums they are very highly rated with very good costumer satisfaction. If you purchased the B380 for low and slow you got the wrong grill. Did you do any research before...

    B380 high temp check

I just picked up a B380 today. I read a thread last night about the B380 running higher temps than indicated. I can't find that thread now but I ask the question what do you do use to check the temp. I would like to check mine when I get it put together. So what should I use to check the temp?

    NO grease drain on 380!!

Yes you are correct, I was asking what people did to handle it without a grease catcher. I think a low and slow would make more of a mess with no drain than a fast cook. My longest cooks will be three to four hours. I am anal about keeping my grills clean so I don't see a problem with the 380...

    NO grease drain on 380!!

Thanks for your help. I am not looking for a low and slow smoker. I want it for mostly faster cooks. I think it will work out fine for what I want. I don't live but a hour from them so will go pick one up Wednesday and let you know how it dose. I talked to them today and they said not to use a...

    Reconsidering Bullseye purchase… Need help

If you are cooking wings and burgers you should have grease dripping down so you just keep it clean? It does look easy to clean.

    NO grease drain on 380!!

I am about to pick up a 380 and am concerned that there is no grease drain-bucket on it. What do you do on slow and low cooks and on fast and high cooks. Drip pan on diffuser?? with or without water?? This is my only concern about the 380. I have never owned any grill other than charcoal that...

    Bullseye

Thanks sdynak and Greg, I should have searched the forum. I'm looking for more grill than a smoker. Not interested in low slow cooks at all. Most would be chicken or a pork lion. If I cook a butt it will be a three to four hour cook. More often than not chicken, burgers and chops.

    Bullseye

Hello everyone, new member here. I think I going to go to Recteq next week and pick up a Bullseye. I haven't seen anything about it here. I would love some thoughts on this grill/smoker before I make the trip.
