    hey bud i appreciate you reaching out. i smoked the deer snack sticks at 180 for around 2hrs then bumped it up to 200 for 3 more hours so 5hrs totally to hit a internal temp of 155. if you want a bit more smoke taste i bet they would cook in 6-7hrs just fine at 180.
