Ok On Friday night I ordered a RT-1250. They took the money from my account and I haven’t talked to anyone since. But it’s been my experience that most companies don’t take the money from your account until the product ships. Can y’all give me a normal expectation of when my grill will ship and how long to get to Florida for delivery? Just looking for and average ballpark time from order to delivery.
