The Bull was delivered this morning. Assembled and burn in complete by around 14:00. I was anxious to cook something so I opted for semi-quick 1/2 pound burgers. Cooked at 225 for about an hour maybe longer. Then seared. As expected not quite as much smoke flavor as my charcoal setup but man was it nice not having to babysit a grill. Especially for a burger. I’m pretty impressed with the Bull. Really nice grill. The burgers on the grill was before the sear. I forgot to take a pic after they were seared.
