Hi I just had to repost this wonderful Rec Teq story.

Dan

Hey guys, it's me, the guy that had his grill stolen only to find it in a roadside ditch battered and bruised. I wanted to update you all on my experience with Recteq's customer service.
I'm speechless.

Recteq is the best company period. They requested some pictures and I sent them in.. After that, Trish (nicest lady ever), told me that they will replace the damaged replaceable parts for FREE.
But that's not what made me shed several tears.

They asked that after I fix the smoker, that I donate it to my local fire department and they will replace my grill with a brand new one!

I normally don't get emotional, but when she said that her and her team heard about what happened and wanted to give me a new Recteq, I cried...I'm still in tears.

This smoker brings my family together. This grill creates memories with my kid when I teach him how to cook on it. When people come to my house it's the first thing I would show them when they get a tour of the place. I've always been proud of my Recteq, and now I'll never consider buying a different brand.
So to the amazing people at Recteq, if you're in this group, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I will fix "The Jackal" and clean it up like new and deliver it to my local fire department along with some ribs for them.

These RecTeq grills really ARE awesome. They are well worth the money, they do amazing jobs and are just hard to beat. Even with all that, their customer service has never ceased to amaze me and is even better than their amazing grills.

Well done RecTeq!

Awesome story Dan.. thanks for sharing. They have been nothing short of amazing for me as well and everything has been minor unlike your story. I will continue to recommend not only because of the excellent customer service but also because my Bull just works. Waited too long to pull the trigger is my only dilemma and that is on me. So cool to hear a fire dept. in NJ will receive her now. Good luck with the replacement.

@Dan, what an awesome story! THIS is the kind of customer service I read about RT having before purchasing, have personally experienced myself (on a much smaller scale), and now continue to hear after the fact. This kind of stuff also just makes me feel like there is still good in the world when times seem tough.

I saw this. Another great testimony of RecTeq greatness. I'm seeing stories of large investors for RecTeq. Let's hope it doesn't change anything about them and their character.

I hope you're right @Buckeye smoker and nothing changes. I saw bad things happen to another company as they grew.

There's nothing official from RecTeq yet but, it's being talked about in internet forums, social media etc. This is from a local Georgia reporter. It's also on that person's facebook show/page. And other Smoking groups.

I also hope you are right Buckeye smoker! Bigger is not always better, all you have to do is look at Traeger!

This story made my day😁 I watch the Fox News and other news channels every night. I wish they would run storylines like this to raise people’s spirits. This is still America and we are generous pe
