    RT-1250 RT1250 WITH SMOKE BOX

You will want to be able to take it apart for maintenance. It WILL get all creosote'd up and you WILL need to clean it. Just keep that in mind, no matter where you mount it. And.........that thing is HUGE ! With a full fuel load, it'll probably provide 8 hours of smoke. I have a Smoke Daddy...

    Best Liverwurst (Westcoast)

I think Boar's Head is probably a good start. May not be the best, you may have to find a specialty German/Austrian/European Butcher Shop/Deli that makes their own for "the best".

RT-1070 Bull horns. Have you ever wondered why the bull horns on the grill are installed pointing in when bull horns always point outward.

That's what happens when a person has too much time on their "hands"...........:ROFLMAO:

    recteq grills uncovered

I am not of the belief that Lavalock has anything to do with Lid Pops. When I start my 700, the lid is always open, until the fan kicks into high gear and the smoke decreases (225 degree setpoint). Easy peasy, no issues ever.

    recteq grills uncovered

Here's a quick video of what's known as "lid pop". This one is pretty mild. Some can be quite destructive. Essentially, when the grill is first starting, the smoke is so thick that it risks being explosive. Sometimes (not always), an explosion will occur. I always start my 700 with the lid open...

RT-1070 Bull horns. Have you ever wondered why the bull horns on the grill are installed pointing in when bull horns always point outward.

I wasn't paying attention when I first assembled my 700 and installed the horns pointing outward. There was indeed enough tweaking on the lid that I promptly removed them and re-installed them pointing inward.

Pellets get stuck in buckethead vac hose - what to do?

This. You can also wrap your hand around the end of the hose and create a bit of a "buffer" that will reduce the rate of intake of pellets and increase airflow, which should alleviate jams. I've had a couple of jams, but I was going hell bent for leather and had the hose jammed into the...

Flagship 1100 New flagship 1100 issues

To my eye, it looks as though it's a very thin layer of stainless that is laminated to mild steel and the laminate/stainless is peeling off. But......I've never heard of such a thing. And, if that is indeed what it is, I can't imagine laminating would cost less than just using all stainless. I...

And you can bet your sweet bippy that the (engine) replacement starter manufacturers don't oppose it..........

    Is this transparency?

You know, if you ("you" in general) look around, I think you'll find that there is far less corporate accountability to their customers than at any time in the past. If you go back to the days before the personal computer (to the "analog" days), it was much more difficult for...
