Dang I miss the turn on function from the app

I'm sorry but none of the electric grills have the remote start on them anymore. I was looking at a couple different models and they are all without remote start. Damn government agencies...do away with all the ABC agencies!

    Prime rib question

Cook the prime rib the normal way and when it is done, slice it up and kill the slices for the well done crew.

BFG RIB Test 5.5 hour cook

"At about the 2:30 mark, I had enough pull back on the beef back ribs to make me temp probe them. The beef ribs were all at about 275 degrees. I foiled wrapped the beef ribs and put them back on the grate." Is this correct? seems to be overdone and probably close to charcoal.

Prime Rib thoughts for Christmas Eve dinner

It depends on the size of the prime rib as well as the cooker, I will use canola or vegetable oil and say it is a 10lb slab I will use about a gallon and a half, it need to cover the meat. A good way to measure is to put the meat in the pot or machine and fill with water and measure the water...

    Liquid Smoke

They do understand as our jerky does not taste processed like store bought. I make multiple flavors as well.

    Liquid Smoke

I have been using Colgin liquid smoke in my jerky marinade for 35 years and it adds just that little hint of smoke flavor to the beef. People rave about our beef jerky and are continuously asking us to make it, nice little side hustle.

    PSA-Grill Grill Brush Safety

I've been using them for about 6 years or so. The key to making the heads last longer is to scrape the grates good and heat them to about 500º, soak the head in water and clean the grates. I have only had to buy 3 heads so they last about 2 years before you need to replace. Great product, I...

    Those in Arizona

I live here in the Valley of the Sun and yes, I use a cover. It depends on where you are moving to in Arizona. If you are in the city or suburbs you will mostly be seeing scorpions (I have not had 1 scorpion where I live in 27yrs), If you are moving to the edge of the suburbs then there are many...

Do I need the Large interior shelf?

I have the large shelf and use it quite often. It helps when I smoke multiple items like a brisket and burnt ends, brisket on the bottom and burnt ends on the rack. I also use the rack to cook side dishes while the ribs or brisket is still cooking on the bottom. I use it for cold smoking...
