Hi. I love Holy Gospel (their blend of Gospel and Holy Cow) on just about everything...even as jerky seasoning. I usually add 1 - 2 tsp of Jalapeno powder/14oz shaker to spice it up a bit. Excellent products!

Like @JGW, I'm not a turkey fan. For the last several years, I've swapped good ribeyes for turkey. This year, I'm smoking a full packer's cut brisket with sweet potatoes and asparagus as sides. To me, leftover brisket tacos are better than turkey sandwiches any day.

Hi. If you plan to pull it, I'd leave it wrapped up in the cooler until about an hour before you eat. Once you take it out and unwrap it (should still be warm to hot depending how good your cooler is,) pour off and reserve the juice, and pull away! You can use the juice to add back in later, or...
