My Signals locked up this morning. It just froze up for about 20 minutes. In the graph attached, you can see where it flat lined. I turned it off and back on and the correct temps started reporting again. Anyone ever have this happen? Thanks

Above posts are correct. I just put the rack right on the aluminum pans. Saves a lot of clean up. For larger cooks, I don't use the pans.

3 half pans fit easily. 4 do not fit. 1 full pan and 1 half pan might fit but it would be tight. Hope this helps

Recteq used to offer one, but I don't believe they do any more. People here use welding blankets. Harbor Freight is a good source. Hope this helps.

I've run them through my 1250 and they were fine. No problems. But as @Greg Jones said, the flavor was very mild.
