    Beef Nothing Fancy Chuck

    Gonna have to try this. I tried to do burnt ends chuck this weekend was disappointed. did 225 till 165 the wrapped till 203. thought it was still slightly tuff.

    I wish the 590 would had the stack like the 700. I also wish I got the 700, lol.
