Stampede Foil inserts for grease bucket?

I repurpose large sour cream containers for the grease drippings, no cost and fit great and have a lid.

Possible change with recteq and Kingsford?

A grill that works as described all the time when the busy holidays cooks are happening would be a great starting point for recteq.

    I may have overreacted

I would have done the same thing and bought them all but do your self a favor get those pellets stacked up on something that can provide airflow under them, otherwise the bags on the bottom will absorb moisture and be ruined.

Did my inaugural run on Father's day

With any of these cooks it's best to start early and if done early it can always be put into a warm beer cooler to keep it warm for hours.

how can i cook a well done steak thats good?

Same here on the meats our parents cooked, my moms pork chops you could use them for a jack stand for you car when stacked on each other. We not at the cut the horns off wipe its ass and throw it on a plate but like meats cooked to a medium rare or medium at best depending on what it is.
