    Great suggestions everyone. I think I'll get some sealant and try that next. I did make sure there was no water/ moisture in the cover when I put it back on after that rain the next day. I assume they sell high temp sealant @ Lowes or Home Depot?

    Short Ribs - 10 hours

    How much were they at Costco? I did my first rack on my 590 Last night. I threw them on @ 275 beginning @ 9:30 AM. They were done around 5:30. I didn't wrap and just used salt & pepper.     Noob here--Should I clean the built in thermometer and other questions
