First cook today where I had to keep exiting the grill in the app and going back in to see updated temps - seemed like auto updating wasn't working. However this system is implemented, it's weak at best.
Anyone else wish the grilling surface was higher? Looking at the rt700 specs - it is 2 inches higher. For me, something like 3-4 inches would be perfect (I'm 6'2").

During wrap phase, do you poke the probe through the foil? Or is that bad? (I did and didn't seem to affect the outcome.)
After smoke, when changing drip pan foil, I noticed ash on the rails the grates sit on. Is this normal...
