I just did a dry brine on chicken, and then a little oil and some seasoning, cooked on the mats at 425 and the skin was crisp. Course doing it this way you don't get much smoke.

Homebrew in my glass, right now it's a PTE clone since I can't get any here in Ga. Almost always ipa's and pale ales right now. Come fall I'll toss down a nice brown ale or stout here and there until SN Celebration ale comes out.
Can't get past the google play store to let me download the app, will have to research more? Maybe a way I could "jailbreak' my tablet, to get the app to download?
