Email is hit or miss with them from my experience as far as response time. I emailed one of them last Thursday and am waiting for a response. Usually they’re very good about phone calls though. I wonder if they are inundated from the holidays.

Same here. Alerts have never worked with my iPhone XS Max. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix it. No go.

Mine was close to 8% off OOTB also. Calibrated and everything has been ok so far. Annoyed when I had to do it because it’s new but glad I was able to do it.

My new one is off by about 7-10% foot RTD temp. Probes were both off a little too but not by much. Kind of annoying having to calibrate something straight out of the box.
