Yea, their shipping company seems to like to store things at local for over a week. All good, I just called them up and they said I could come get it at the warehouse. Recteq seems to have them pick it up quickly when you order, it’s just taking it the “last mile” is where they run into hiccups.

I have a few questions. I’m new to pellet grilling and consider myself a pretty darn good charcoal box smoker griller. Picked up my recteq today - my RecTeq app says I have a 1250, even though it’s 590. Will that mess with settings? -My initial burn, I set the meat probes on Grates. A on Left...
