So tonight's cook was at 400*, had issues with it peaking over 400* as high as 431* until I kicked down the temp to 385 then back up to 400. See attached. Does anyone know if the PID has to readjust the algorithm that it uses due to the change?

Came across this topic just before I ordered my Bull just a few weeks ago and just Installed the auger upgrade tonight. I went ahead and added one to my order with the grill. Initial test just to 225*, set feed rate to 15 prior to starting. The temp ramped up to 221-222 in the matter of 6...
