Installed Power Cord - Come on, really!!

Come on Recteq! The power cable supplied with this unit is low quality Chinese made junk. How about introducing a non pvc cord that we can use in cold climates!!!!

all about making a extra buck? Ridiculous.
Appears that you're not happy with your purchase.

you said it. You missed it
Just curious, since I’ve been using my grill in -3 degree and -11 degree weather lately with no issues. I got 99 problems, but my cord ain’t one.

Disclaimer: The above-mentioned problems have nothing to do with my grill 😉

Well this thread got "unplugged" rather quickly!

Enjoy the day.. someone will win a cooler today! 😁 .. Not that is helps a stiff cord but lightens the thought.

Yeah my cord is very stiff in cold weather too. I do wish it was longer as well and my wife agrees, sorry had to. It's still usable though and if I ever get real bothered by it I will just buy a nice flexible extension cord. Not really a deal breaker for me.

I agree, the cord is not the highest quality, though I didn't expect it to be since it's not a premium grill, but it didn't cost an arm and a leg either. The cord has stayed in a 8" coil hanging on the end handle with a velcro strap since I got it. The cord works as designed and has never prevented me from cooking awesome food so that's the last thing I'd complain about
