Got my competition cart. I'm thinking UPS made a mess of several packages and just threw things back in boxes. My hardware screws, bolts, etc were missing, but this was in the box.. Unless there is a purpose for a lug wrench on the grill cart? Quick change tires nascar pit stop style?

It's for a jack in order to raise your grill when you get a flat.

I actually used a floor jack to examine a bad caster wheel.
